Water’s End Brewery exploring Fredericksburg location

Water’s End Brewery was on Monday’s Fredericksburg Architectural Review Board agenda for a project to build a 1,840-square-foot brewery building in the rear yard of the Fredericksburg Square property at 525 Caroline Street in downtown Fredericksburg.

Water’s End, which has one location in Lake Ridge and one in Woodbridge, hopes to open its third location in the Fredericksburg Square building next year and is now working on the details.

The 15,000-square-foot Fredericksburg Square building would remain as part of the project, and the small building would be added in the backyard for brewing.
