The Virginia Black Business Directory (VABBD) hosted its second-annual Black Business Expo this past weekend, with over 100 Virginia Black-owned businesses in attendance. It was a weekend filled with shopping, networking, building positive relationships, and entertainment.
The event was sponsored by the Fredericksburg Economic Development Authority, which had a booth at the event to promote the InvestFXBG loan program and the FXBG Diverse City Business Directory. (EDA Chair Will Mackintosh is pictured here at the event).
The Virginia Black Business Directory was created by Tracey and Ernisha Hall, who were featured in this year’s FXBG Diverse City social media program. You can read their interview for the program here.
