Two commercial tenants were recently announced for the new section of the University of Mary Washington’s mixed-use Eagle Village development. AT&T Mobility leased about 3,400 square feet at the former Pancho Villa location in the front corner space of Eagle Village, according to Jim Ashby of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which manages the center for the UMW Foundation. Patriot Subs leased about 1,500 square feet where Quiznos Sub is currently located. Welcome to the new tenants!
