Three commercial properties sold in October

Three commercial office properties that each went for $1 million or more sold in October in Fredericksburg, according to the monthly deed transfer report.

The sales were:

1. Lafayette Station (7,592-square-foot building at 307 Lafayette Blvd.): Lafayette Station Building LLC to The 307 LLC, $1.35 million
2. 10,334-square foot building at 1211-1233 Central Park Blvd. in Silver Professional Park: CP Office Building LLC to GAF Endoscopy Real Estate LLC, $1.8 million
3. 5,322-square-foot building at 240 Executive Center Parkway: Leroy J. Essig Trust to Millstone Investments LLC, $1 million
