T.J.Maxx opened Sunday in Fredericksburg’s Central Park shopping center.
The store is in a roughly 25,000-square-foot space at 1811-1859 Carl D. Silver Parkway in the Central Park Marketplace. A.C. Moore used to be there.
Burlington is expected to open in the coming months in the 27,000-square-foot space right next door (where Ashley Furniture used to be). Burlington will relocate there from its current location at the Greenbrier Shopping Center (2060 Plank Road).
These two new stores, coupled with the recently announced Academy Sports + Outdoors store, represent about 132,000 square feet of retail leases in Central Park! We are thrilled to see all the new activity.
