River research project featured in article

A project that’s afoot to monitor and assess the water quality of the Rappahnanock River in the Fredericksburg area was featured in a recent article on Bayjournal.com. The project is being spearheaded by area native Henry “Buck” Cox with assistance from Friends of the Rappahannock, the University of Mary Washington, Virginia Tech and others.
