Rezoning approved for Sprelly

The building at 1501 Princess Anne Street was rezoned this week, paving the way for it to become the new home for Sprelly.

Fredericksburg City Council on Tuesday took the second of two required votes to rezone the property to Creative Maker. Sprelly plans to produce its peanut butters at that location.
