Fredericksburg’s Kenmore Park will soon have bricks-and-mortar restrooms.
Crews have done preliminary site work for the restrooms, which will be near the tennis courts, playgrounds and brick pathway leading into the park from Mary Ball Street. They are expected to be installed by late October.
The restrooms will be similar to the ones recently installed at Hurkamp Park. Restrooms are also planned for Riverfront Park, which is expected to be ready in 2020.
