The reports focus on activity in the Industrial, Office and Retail markets. Among the highlights:
- Vacancy rates are low. In the City of Fredericksburg, the vacancy rate is 4.2 percent for Office, 1.4 percent for Industrial and 3.6 percent for Retail.
- The region’s unemployment rate remains low, and the population continues to grow.
- There is ample activity in the warehouse/distribution space, with several large projects under way or recently completed in Caroline and Stafford counties.
