Rebellion named one of top whisky bars

A downtown Fredericksburg establishment has been named one of the top whisky bars in the U.S.

Rebellion, which has a location at 309 William Street, is on Whisky Advocate’s list of 101 top U.S. “bars, taverns, restaurants and more to delight any whisky drinker.”
