Poke Aya opens in downtown Fredericksburg
A new quick-service Japanese restaurant has opened in the center of downtown Fredericksburg.
Poke Aya is now open on the second floor of the building at 1005 Princess Anne St., which is near the intersection of William Street and across the street from Hyperion Espresso. The restaurant is upstairs above Mian Noodle House.
Poke Aya serves bowls and burritos selected by the customer through five choices:
- A base of rice, quinoa, zucchini noodles or other choices
- A protein of various kinds of seafood, tofu or chicken
- A flavor from various selections
- A variety of toppings
- A selection of crunches
Hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays, and 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.
