Office building sells in Central Park Corporate Center

A 13,813-square-foot office building in Fredericksburg’s Central Park Corporate Center recently sold for $2.9 million.

IWC Properties bought the building at 1221-1239 Central Park Blvd. from Central Park Office LLC as an investment, according to a news release from Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer (whose brokers Jamie Scully and Sharon Schmidt represented the seller).
