The parent company of Virginia Partners Bank has entered into a definitive merger agreement with New Jersey-based OceanFirst Financial Corp.

Virginia Partners Bank’s main office is at 410 William Street in downtown Fredericksburg. The bank will merge into OceanFirst Bank.
