Norton Pelt relocates to downtown Fredericksburg

A local law firm has relocated to the corner of Amelia and Princess Anne streets in downtown Fredericksburg.

Effective Monday, Norton Pelt, PLC is located in the historic former home at 1101-1103 Princess Anne Street. The firm had been located along U.S. 1 in Stafford County.

The law firm purchased the property in early April from William E. Glover and Jeannie P. Dahnk for $1.48 million, according to the monthly deed transfer report.
