New subdivision under way off Lafayette Boulevard

Construction has begun on the Highlander Park townhouse community off Lafayette Boulevard in Fredericksburg.

Highlander Park will include 91 townhouses built on a 12.4-acre site at the end of Young and Willis streets that Dan Ryan Builders purchased last month from an affiliate of Fredericksburg real estate developer and broker Carl Braun.
