A new Jewish student center on the campus of University of Mary Washington has now been completed.

The Maxine and Carl D. Silver Hillel Center was developed to increase multi-culturalism in Fredericksburg, and was named in memory of the Silver Companies’ founder and his wife, both known for their lifelong dedication to philanthropy. Silver Foundation funded the Jeffersonian brick project, which is located at 1500 College Ave.

We will feature this great project on an upcoming session of “Freehling Finds.”
