A 12,000-square-foot multi-tenant retail building is proposed on a 1.78-acre parcel off Fall Hill Avenue in Fredericksburg.
The proposed project is off Hospitality Lane near the three hotels. The site plan, which is being reviewed by Fredericksburg officials, shows 4,500 square feet of restaurant space and 7,500 square feet of retail space.
