Individual offices now available in downtown building

Firehouse Office Suites in downtown Fredericksburg

The owner of the Firehouse Office Suites property in downtown Fredericksburg will move its own leasing team into the building and rent out individual offices to other businesses.

The 4,000-square-foot property is at 805 Princess Anne Street next to the Renwick former courthouse complex. Hunter Mitchell, whose family owns the building, said he and colleague Charity Owens will be moving their offices to the property by early May. They will also be leasing out five individually wired offices in the building that are each about 200 square feet and that come with parking and access to an ADA restroom.

Mitchell and Owens are relocating to the space from about 400 square feet at the General Washington Executive Center (GWEC). He said they wanted to be downtown, and also saw more demand from people looking to rent smaller office spaces rather than an entire building. Their current office at the GWEC is available for lease.
