Ike’s Signature Sandwiches now open downtown
Downtown Fredericksburg has a new option for tasty sandwiches and late-night bites.
Ike’s Signature Sandwiches opened in late May in the basement of the Olde Towne Butcher shop at 1000 Charles Street (corner of Charles and William streets). Poppy Hill Tuscan Kitchen was in that space for many years.
Ike’s sandwiches on a recent beautiful afternoon downtown included a Philly Cheesesteak, Roast Pork Sandwich, Grilled Cheese, Reuben and various deli sandwiches, along with an array of sides.
Ike’s opens every day at 11 a.m. It closes at 3 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays, and 7 p.m. every other evening.
