Median home-sale prices rose slightly in the City of Fredericksburg in July, according to a report recently released by the Fredericksburg Area Association of Realtors. The median sales price of the 28 units that sold (seven attached homes and 21 detached homes) rose about 2 percent year-over-year to $341,250. Homes spent about two months on the market before selling, and sold for about a 4 percent discount to list price. Check out the FAAR report for more detail.
