Much of the City of Fredericksburg has been cooped up inside now for some time practicing social distancing to help slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus. But we are still a community, and some safe social interaction with neighbors is important.
Hence starting today at 6 p.m. and continuing every day, City residents are urged to open their front doors, walk outside and say “hello” to their neighbors (at a distance). We are calling the promotion “Step Outside, Say Hello!”
