• Wutacut Barbershop has opened at 907 Caroline St., Suite G, in downtown Fredericksburg.
• DDG Acquisitions LLC purchased the 2,560-square-foot office building at 710 Princess Anne Street in downtown Fredericksburg from WK Foundation, LLC for $977,500 as an investment, according to a news release from Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, whose broker Jamie Scully represented the buyer.
