Fredericksburg Regional Black Restaurant Week (FXBGbrw) will run Feb. 19-28 with a focus on to-go items.
Numerous Black-owned restaurants in Fredericksburg, Stafford and Spotsylvania are participating. The mission of FXBGbrw is to:
- Increase the visibility of local black-owned restaurants
- Assist with the financial recovery of participating restaurants due to the economic disruption attributed to COVID-19
- Reinvest into the local community by connecting consumers with Black-owned restaurants and entrepreneurs to bridge the disparity in wealth
