Fredericksburg commercial property sold
A commercial property along U.S. 1 in Fredericksburg recently changed hands.
The 1,740-square-foot, 0.43-acre property at 1316 Jefferson Davis Highway sold for $675,000.
Zulmai Hakimi purchased the property from 1316 Jeff Davis LLC to continue its use as an auto sales business, according to a news release from Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, whose brokers Jamie Scully and Chris Russotti helped facilitate the sale.
