Fredericksburg commercial properties change hands in March

A handful of commercial real estate properties were among those sold in March in Fredericksburg, according to the City’s monthly deeds transfer report. The list included:

  • Central Park Marketplace Holdings LLC sold the 3,588-square-foot property at 1695 Carl D. Silver Parkway (where Tito’s Diner is) to Titos Properties LLC for $1.15 million.
  • GFA Holdings LLC sold a 5,000-square-foot medical-office condo at 1500 Dixon Street (the Surgi-Center of Central Virginia building) to RGW Fredericksburg Real Estate LLC for $1,553,994.
  • Wells Fargo Bank sold the 5,520-square-foot former bank branch at 614-620 Princess Anne Street (next to downtown Post Office) to Wellcost LLC for $1.2 million.
