Fondo Cycling Circuit USA recently hosted its second cycling event in the Fredericksburg area, and the organization is eyeing a possible return next year.
More than 325 cyclists signed up for rides on Sunday, October 20 that started in Dixon Park and took them through Spotsylvania and Caroline counties. Participants chose from a 30-mile, 50-mile or 75-mile ride. One participant came from Argentina for the event.
A big shout out to Bike Fred for helping to make this event successful. It would not have happened without them! Fondo is considering a return to Dixon Park next fall, and we hope they come!
