The Free Lance-Star ran a nice article today about the soon-to-open roller-hockey rink in Dixon Park, which has been a collaboration between the City of Fredericksburg, the Washington Capitals, the Fredanthropists and Fredericksburg Youth Roller Hockey. A ribbon-cutting will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, October 27 at the rink, which is behind the Doris E. Buffett Pool at Dixon Park (1300 Dixon St.).
