Eats opens in Fredericksburg

A much-anticipated quick-serve restaurant opened this week on Lafayette Boulevard in Fredericksburg.

Eats held a soft opening Monday night at its renovated facility at 701 Lafayette Blvd. and opened fully Tuesday. Follow the restaurant on Facebook for the latest updates.

Eats is owned by Kelly Waldrep, who also owns Mason-Dixon Cafe. Waldrep bought and renovated the former Mr. Dee’s property, which is now home to Eats. She received an Invest FXBG loan from the Fredericksburg Economic Development Authority to assist with renovation costs.

The menu (click the image to the left) features an array of loaded fries, burgers and sandwiches, desserts, hot dogs, platters, sides and beverages.
