Thalhimer logoFour businesses are locating/expanding in the City of Fredericksburg, per the following report from Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.

  • Rappahannock IT LLC leased 4,888 square feet of office space at the Woolen Mill Building at 1805 Princess Anne Street. Chris Russotti and Jamie Scully handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.
  • Deep Roots Apothecary leased 3,000 square feet of retail space at 1009 Princess Anne Street. Adam Nelson and Virgil Nelson handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
  • Burke & Herbert Bank & Trust Company leased 2,400 square feet of office space at Cowan Retail Center Condominium, 2535 Cowan Blvd. Chris Russotti and Jamie Scully handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant.
  • Safe Harbor Child Advocacy Center renewed their lease of 2,063 square feet of office space, as well as an expansion of an additional 1,200 square feet, at 305 Hanson Avenue. Virgil Nelson handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.
