Construction progress, birthday message at Liberty Place
Mellow Mushroom and Atlantic Union Bank are both now building out their new spaces at the Liberty Place development in downtown Fredericksburg.
The restaurant and commercial loan office will join Cary Street Partners, Fit20 and Students for Life of America at the roughly 43,000-square-foot development, which is bordered by William, Douglas and Winchester streets as well as the new 321-space garage that Vakos Companies built. Additional tenants are in the works.
Vakos is continuing work on the adjacent Winchester Place project, and is making plans for construction on the William Square project to start next year.
