City reviewing Cowan Station site plan

March 21, 2021 by Bill Freehling in All Articles

Fredericksburg-based Jarrell Properties Inc. has submitted plans for the redevelopment of a mobile home park off U.S. 1 into an office-oriented development.

Plans for Cowan Station call for eight one-story brick buildings of 6,500 square feet each spread across a nine-acre campus across U.S. 1 from the Cowan Crossing development. The project is catered toward medical, retail, office, research and development tenants.

Click here to access the major site plan submitted to the City, and here for more information about Cowan Station.

We look forward to seeing this project take shape!
