Cary Street Partners gets new home, recognition

This past weekend was an exciting one for Cary Street Partners‘ Fredericksburg office for two reasons.

First, the wealth management firm became the first tenant to move into downtown Fredericksburg’s newest development — Wack General Contractor’s Liberty Place on William Street between Douglas and Winchester streets. Cary Street Partners now occupies about 6,500 square feet of beautifully modern office space on the third floor of the Class-A retail and office building. The office is directly connected via skybridge to the upper floors of a new adjacent garage that will serve Liberty Place and the adjacent forthcoming development projects. We plan a “Freehling Finds” video showcasing the new office soon.

Second, Cary Street Partners learned that it was named by Barron’s magazine as one of the top 100 registered investment advisor (RIA) firms in the U.S. Cary Street Partners was also recently included in the Financial Times Top 300 list of U.S. RIA firms. Cary Street Partners has approximately 42 financial advisors spread out across 13 offices in five states.

Congrats to Cary Street Partners! We can’t wait to see the new office, and to watch many other firms join you at Liberty Place as well as the Vakos Companies’ adjacent developments in downtown Fredericksburg.
