Cafaro recently submitted early grading plans to the City of Fredericksburg for roughly 18 acres of mostly vacant land the company owns adjacent to its Spotsylvania Towne Centre property.
The Fredericksburg land is off Mall Court and Plank Service Road, south of Plank Road and west of Interstate 95. It’s at the southwest cloverleaf of the Exit 130 interchange.
Click here for the early grading plans for future development at the site. Cafaro plans to seed and mulch the land after grading it and construct a sedimentation basin that will later become a stormwater detention facility.
