May 10, 2022 | Fredericksburg Business News | Business Openings & Changes

Two separate national retailers will fill two large commercial vacancies in Fredericksburg’s Central Park shopping center.

Burlington and T.J.Maxx will occupy more than 52,000 square feet combined in buildings at 1811-1859 Carl D. Silver Parkway in the Central Park Marketplace.

Burlington, which will take about 27,000 square feet, will occupy the space that was formerly an Ashley Furniture store. Burlington will relocate there from its current location at the Greenbrier Shopping Center (2060 Plank Road). T.J.Maxx will move into the roughly 25,000-square-foot former A.C. Moore space. Both spaces will be fully renovated.

Just a few smaller vacancies now remain in that section of Central Park. Click here for the property flier from Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, whose brokers James Ashby IV, Connie Jordan Nielsen and Mark Banach are handling leasing.
