Downtown Fredericksburg will get even more TLC the week of November 9.
Leading up to the annual Holiday Open House weekend, Tree Fredericksburg is putting planters and Christmas trees around downtown. At 1 p.m. that Saturday (Nov. 14), an event called the “Bulb Party” is planned in Hurkamp Park. Volunteers will meet at the fountain and are asked to bring masks, gloves, a small shovel and their favorite bulbs for planting.
We can’t wait to see downtown sparkle for the holidays, and again come springtime when the bulbs bloom.
