Beautiful floral arrangement adorns War Memorial

The folks who put on yesterday’s wonderful Historic Garden Week event in Fredericksburg have also left the Fredericksburg Area War Memorial looking particularly beautiful.

The memorial is on an island flanked by Liberty, Barton and George streets in Fredericksburg. The Rappahannock Valley Garden Club yesterday installed a lovely floral arrangement called “Red, White and Bloom” to pay tribute to soldiers who tied in several U.S. wars.
