BayCo Salon Suites now open in Fredericksburg

A salon has opened on the first floor of a two-story building in Fredericksburg’s Cowan Crossing shopping center.

BayCo Salon Suites is located in about 2,000 square feet at 1551 Emancipation Highway, Suite 101. It is next to an Edward Jones brokerage office and below ILM Corp.’s headquarters office.

The business features modern salon suites for beauty-care professionals who want to own and operate their own private salon. Each of the nine fully appointed suites is about 100 square feet. BayCo is recruiting hair stylists, makeup artists, skin-care specialists, nail technicians, massage therapists and more to lease the suites.
