Fredericksburg-based ILM Corporation moved Friday into its new 10,000-square-foot office in the nearly completed Cowan Crossing mixed-use development. ILM, a data-management company with numerous federal government clients, is now located at 1551 Jefferson Davis Highway. Average employment in Fredericksburg rose by 4.7 percent in the third quarter of 2017, according to recently released Virginia Employment Commission (VEC) data.
