Atlantic Engineering Group leases 10,000 SF in FXBG

A company that designs, constructs and manages fiber-optic network solutions has leased a 10,000-square-foot space off Dixon Street in the City of Fredericksburg.

Georgia-based Atlantic Engineering Group leased the space at 2301 Airport Avenue and is now operating there, said Donny Self of Coldwell Banker Commercial Elite, who represented the landlord on the lease. The building includes offices and warehouse space for telecommunication infrastructure materials and supplies.
