The inaugural Clark Hulings Fund’s Virginia Art-Business Conference will take place November 7–9 in the Fredericksburg area, kicking off with a “Thriving Art Exchange” event at Belmont on Nov. 7 from 12-5:30 p.m. The exchange will feature dialogue with working artists and other industry stakeholders, including people working in the municipal, university, nonprofit, collection, gallery and retail fields.
