25 30 Espresso building refreshed to include a mural

The mural states: “In Coffee We Trust.” Maureen Bartosh, owner of 25 30 Espresso in Fredericksburg, also trusts her daughter and marketing director, Madie Bartosh, as the talented artist who recently created the mural outside her coffee shop.

Madie had also painted the shop’s previous mural, which had “C O F F E E” written out on the side of the building. But when the new walk-up window was installed, it cut away part of that mural. Madie had been planning the new mural for awhile, but the building first needed a fresh canvas. After the completion of the new “Mexicali turquoise” walls and orange trim, Madie began her artwork once again. It is now complete.

Maureen said of her daughter’s mural: “People really like having an opportunity to get a picture that is unique and can mark a place and time in their life so we kept that in mind as well.”

Please visit 25 30 Espresso at 400 Princess Anne St. in Darbytown near Downtown Fredericksburg for the coffee we trust at a social-distancing walk-up window.
