Lofts at Frederick Street project featured in FLS

The Free Lance-Star ran a nice article today about progress at The Lofts at Frederick Street mixed-use project, which is near downtown Fredericksburg’s train station. The project will include a renovated former coffee warehouse building and 21 new residential units. We featured this project in “Freehling Finds” last year.
